Our micro-laser products offer

This welding method, used in the automotive, electronic, aeronautical, medical and jewelry industries,... has several advantages:

  • Deposit the minimum amount of material without altering the characteristics of the metal
  • No deformation of the parts or excessive temperature rise
  • Shiny appearance of the beads and no heating marks on the peripheral areas
  • Assembly of small parts
  • All possible configurations: edge to edge, guaranteed watertightness
  • Hardfacing and repair of damaged parts

Many metal grades are weldable by micro-laser process such as special steels, stainless steels, nickel alloys, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, etc.

This extremely advanced process allows to obtain deposits with the same or better characteristics than the original one. The applications are numerous: the hardfacing of plastic injection molds and the repair of tools…

The range of micro-laser supplies is available in :

  • Rods from 330 mm to 1000 mm packaged in 50 m bags,
  • 50 m spools on D100,
  • Diameter from 0,2 mm.

Wires (rods and reels):

  • Low alloy steels
  • Stainless steels
  • Nickel alloys
  • Aluminium alloys
  • Copper alloys
  • Titanium alloys
  • Cobalt alloys
  • Hardfacing for tooling
